I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck in survival mode -
because I lived it for years.

First in my corporate career, where working long hours in banking was just "normal."

Always busy.

Always rushing.

Always thinking ahead.

Somehow, being overwhelmed became my default setting.

At first, I told myself it was just part of being ambitious.

But even after I left the corporate world to start my own business - it got worse.

Now the pressure wasn’t just from outside - it was from me.

The late nights.

The overthinking.

The endless to-do lists.

Even on weekends or holidays, I couldn’t fully switch off.

There was always something running through my mind - something urgent, something unfinished.

I forgot what it felt like to truly live life - to be present, relaxed, energized.

Instead, it felt like I was constantly managing, coping, pushing through.

At some point, it hit me:

I wasn't just busy.

I was depleted.

The kind of tiredness that doesn’t go away after a weekend off.
