Since I can remember, success was important to me.
I worked hard, pushed forward, did everything I thought was required.
For over a decade in the corporate world, I gave it everything.
Late nights.
Endless pressure.
Always striving for the next level.
On paper, I was progressing.
But in real life, my first marriage fell apart.
My health wasn’t where I wanted it to be.
And inside, I felt more drained than fulfilled.
That’s when I began to question:
If success is really about working harder, how come some people achieve extraordinary things - while others burn out or fall short?
I became obsessed with finding the answer.
I read every book I could get my hands on.
Attended seminars.
Invested in courses and qualifications.
And then, at one event, I heard a line that struck me like lightning:
"Your State Creates Your Results."
This was it.
It made so much sense.
But what I didn’t fully understand back then was what state actually meant.
At first, I thought it was just about “feeling good.”
So I tried the usual things - hobbies, meditation, positive thinking.
They gave me some relief in the moment, but they didn’t impact my results or how I achieved them.
What I eventually realized is that state is not mood.
It’s how you feel physically, emotionally, and mentally in every single moment.
And research shows that around 80% of your results come from your state, and only 20% from strategy and action.
That realization shifted everything.
But I still needed a way to actually master my state.
And then - by pure coincidence - I found it.
I had booked a retreat in Bali called Bliss.
No expectations, just curiosity.
One afternoon, I wandered into a breathing class.
That’s when I experienced dynamic breathing for the very first time.
Within one session, I felt an energy, clarity, and calm that I hadn’t felt in years.
I went home, and I couldn’t stop thinking about it.
So I dove deep.
Over the next few years, I studied different schools of breathwork.
Qualified in multiple methods.
Attended conferences.
Experimented daily.
And what I discovered was this: dynamic breathing worked better than anything else.
Because it activated all three levels of state at once - body, emotions, and mind.
The science was simple:
more oxygen to your brain and cells, a reset for your nervous system, clearer brainwave patterns, healthier chemistry.
No mysticism.
Pure physiology.
There was only one problem: the original protocols were long.
60 to 90 minutes.
Great in theory.
Not realistic for busy lives.
So I started experimenting - looking for a way to keep all the benefits of the original dynamic breathing while blending in other powerful breathing techniques and simple movement to make it faster, more versatile, and just as transformative.
