I spent nearly two decades successfully climbing the corporate ladder in the financial sector. My career was thriving, but as I reached higher levels, I found myself hitting a glass ceiling. My compensation plateaued, and the growth opportunities that once seemed endless suddenly became limited. Despite the success, something was missing. I was always on the go, constantly chasing the next goal, but I began to lose momentum. The work I once found exhilarating started to feel like "same old, same old."
After a lot of self-reflection, I knew there had to be more. I believed there was another level of success and fulfillment waiting for me. Determined to break through, after much trial and error, I made a significant shift, leveraging my passion and skills to secure three offers from a completely different field, each with a 15-25% salary increase. However, despite accepting one of these job offers and being scheduled to start within three months, something deep within me propelled me to push even further. It was as if unlocking this new potential ignited a spark that I couldn't ignore. I realized that if I could create this shift for myself, why couldn't I do the same for others? This thought led me to take another leap of faith and start my own business – Success From Within Ltd.
However, this journey was anything but easy. As a first-time business owner, I faced countless ups and downs. I invested significant money into various strategies, consultants, coaches, and programs, each promising to unlock the next level of success. While I achieved some progress and eventually matched my corporate income, I soon found myself stuck again. It was like hitting an invisible wall - I couldn't seem to break through to the next level.
Despite all the hard work and countless strategies, I felt like I was spinning my wheels. No matter what I did, I couldn't connect to the deeper level of success I knew was possible. As a high achiever, I continued searching for answers, trying different modalities, yet nothing seemed to stick.
Then, one day, during a particularly introspective moment, it hit me: I had been making the same mistake most of us do. I was investing all my efforts into doing the right things - strategies, actions, and tactics - while completely overlooking the 80% of success that comes from something far deeper: my state, my energy, my mindset (this was the essence of the 80-20 success formula I once learned in business school).
For years, I had been immersing myself in practices like dynamic breathing, quantum physics, NLP, and other transformative modalities. I had even qualified as a breathwork teacher and travelled the world to learn from the best. Yet, I was still disconnected from the power of these practices. My business was one thing, and my personal development journey was another. They were two separate paths that never seemed to converge - until I realized they needed to.
At that moment, everything I had learned over the years aligned into one cohesive system. This was not just about doing more or working harder - it was about unlocking the true drivers of success. It was about shifting my state and tapping into the 80% that truly matters.
I decided to put this newfound system to the test.
Within six short months, I quantum leaped my own results, turning my annual income into my monthly income.
This was a transformative moment for me. I knew I was onto something powerful, so I decided to test it further.
I invited 10 high-level private clients - successful professionals and business owners who, like me, had hit a wall in their growth - to join a beta group.
The results were nothing short of extraordinary. Every single one of them began experiencing breakthroughs that defied logic.
